Model No.: PP-100 (Polyurethane 1-Liquid Primer)

PP-100 for urethane floor primer coat is high-speed moisture-curing paint containing water-base polyurethane resin as its main it penetrates deep into the bodies such as cement mortar and concrete to elevate their surface strength and improves the adhesion strength with bodies and following paint.

3. Application specifications

A. Surface treatment : ▪Concrete body requires at least 28 days of curing time at 20℃ and at 80% or lower humidity and surface moisture content should be 8% or lower.

▪ Level the mortar surface flat and remove mortar remnants clean. Repair seriously damaged parts with cement mortar or resin mortar.

▪ When the period for re-painting is lapsed since painting or the films contacted water due to rain, snow, dew, or condensation of moisture, adhesion strength may be reduced; completely remove contaminants, treat the surface with light sanding,    perform the main painting.

C. Application method: Brush or roller         application

D. Film thickness：43㎛ or dry film thicknesS per application

E. Following painting: Observe WP-210, WP-220, FP-350, Polyurea, Aqua coat SA-9, or painting specifications.

F. Storage :  12 months (dry, cool, and dark place with good ventilation)

G. Packing Unit : 16 Kg

H. Remarks : The product is a 1-liquid moisture-curing product should dry, cool, and dark place with good ventilation

▪ When the primer coat PP-100 film contact with moisture, adhesion strength with main layer may be reduced therefore, additional painting work should be performed after treatment of the films with sanding prior to painting work.

▪ Check the kind of body concrete to assure good adhesion in case of concrete with special treatment, perform primer coat painting after appropriate treatment of bodies (such as sanding or blasting)

▪ In case of prime coat PP-100 work, excessive films with no dilution may worsen the adhesion with main layer therefore.
