Description

1. Overview of Product

Urethane Exposure Top Coating Stuff TOP-COAT    is a 2-liquid paint containing polyurethane resin      as its main ingredient and is an outside coating     stuff having excellent durability and application       property against cracking of the body.

3. Application specifications

 

• Surface treatment : ▪ Concrete body requires at least 28 days of curing time at 20℃ temperature and at 80% of relative humidity to have 8% or lower surface water content.

 

▪ Pre-treatment : Completely remove foreign        substances such as laitance from the surface by    blasting, chipping, and or grinding the surface.

 

• Application condition: Application and curing should be done at 5℃or higher temperature and the condition to avoid condensation of moisture is 5℃ or higher surface temperature of the body than dew point and 80% or lower relative humidity..

 

• Application method: Exclusive rake and Spatula

 

• Film thickness: 40~50㎛ per application

However, scrapping(full putty) work is  exceptional

 

• Storage : 12 months (dry, cool, and dark place with good ventilation)

 

• Remarks : Avoid storage at 30℃or higher temperature.

▪ In the high-temperature condition with direct   sunlight in the summer, outdoor work should   be avoided due to possible swelling.

▪  When surface adhesion is reduced due to    rain or snow, dilute PP-100 for urethane       bottom lower layer and apply the paint once

more at the consumption rate of app.0.1kg/㎡

▪  Continuos application is needed to reduce the   formation of seams at the interfaces.

▪  When the skin is contacted with the paint during handling, wash the skin with organic solvent and then with soapy water.
