Oil-based (solvent) Super Urethane FP-350 is a 2liquid paint containing Polyurethane resin as its main ingredient and is an all-weather elastic bottom material having high rigidity, strong adhesion strength, and excellent mechanical properties.

1. How to use:

▪ The 2-component Super Urethane FP-350 is a specialized product for various stadiums, gymnasium for interior and exterior, Factory and General office, Parking lot.

2. Characteristics

4. Be careful when constructing:

▪ Construction in conditions of air temperature 5-35°C, concrete floor humidity < 8%, air humidity < 80%, well ventilated.

▪ Rated ratio: 1mm thick film/ 1m2: 1.25-1.35 Kg.

▪ Pot life (min/25℃): 30±10.

▪ It is recommended to apply 2-3 layers.

▪ The maximum recommended thickness of one construction layer does not exceed 1.5 mm

▪ To circulate air, it is necessary to set up work area ventilation and fire protection equipment

▪ Workers wear protective clothing, gloves, shoes and glasses.

▪ If the skin is contaminated by the product, it must be cleaned with water and appropriate cleaning solutions.

5. Storage conditions:

Best with temperature 18-25°C, avoid direct sunlight, ventilate. If stored at higher temperatures for too long, direct sunlight may reduce shelf life.

6. Note:

▪ Avoid construction in humid conditions, direct sunlight and in airtight conditions.

▪ Keep dry and cool during construction.

▪ Products should be removed from storage according to storage order to ensure shelf life.

▪ Once the container has been opened, it is recommended to use the entire container. And the product is recommended to be stored between 18°C -25°C

▪ Use time: Best in 12 months (From date of manufacture and manufacturer’s storage conditions).

7. Packing: Part A ( Base) – 16 Kg, Part B ( Hardener) – 8 Kg.
