A. One component liquid with Non-toxic and Non -VOC composed by special emusion.

B. Superior Strength and Durability.

C. Mixing with various Cement Mortar (RMC mortar, Asystole mortar, Rapid hardening mortar, Leveling mortar etc..).

D. Superior performance Waterproof and make leveling floor with strength to surface of structures.

E. Apply to any bad condition of surface and even though wet surface.

F. Combine with Polyurethane or Polyurea coating system to make perfect waterproofing and Flooring performance.

3. Application specifications

A. Surface treatment: Completely remove foreign      substances such as laitance from the surface by blasting, chipping, and or grinding the surface.

 

Repair concrete crack and hole before applying

 

B. Application Tools: Rake, Roller and Hand

1~2 Times coating.

 

C. WP-500 Mixing system:

WP-500 ( 15 Kg) + Water (22.5 Kg), full mixing + 100 Kg Mortar.

Control viscosity mixing with cement mortar by applicators.

 

D. Application condition: Application and curing should be done at 5℃or higher temperature and the condition to avoid condensation of moisture is 5℃or higher surface temperature of the body than dew point and 80% or lower relative humidity.

 

E. Remark: Do not mixing with other paints or             chemicals

 

F. Apply Polyurethane, Polyurea or any water     and oil base coating system on WP-500

 

G. Storage: 12 months (dry, cool, and dark      place with good ventilation)

 

H. Packing Unit: 15kg

 

Note : When the skin is contacted with the paint during handling, wash the skin with organic solvent and then with soapy water.
